COACHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Our coaching programs are uniquely designed for people who are committed to doing the work to achieve the results they desire in their online careers. Please read the below terms and conditions.  


COACHING STRUCTURE & ATTENDANCE:

Coaching occurs on a scheduled date and time with or without other group members. Once the coaching session is scheduled, it is expected that you attend. The current coaching platform that we use is Google Meet. This is subject to change at any time, and you will be informed.

In preparation for our coaching calls, please assure that you have a laptop, earphones with a speaker and are free from distractions. Be ready to fully participate. 

All coaching calls are recorded, and you are provided a copy of the coaching call.  

SCHEDULING: 

All coaching sessions are scheduled prior to the start of the coaching program and calendar invites sent so you can block off the time.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:

  • Group coaching dates are scheduled in advance and are not able to be canceled or rescheduled. If you are unable to attend, the session will be recorded and made available for you. It is expected that you listen and/or watch the coaching session you missed prior to your next coaching session, should there be one, and complete any growth work associated with the missed session.


PAYMENT:

Coaching must be paid in full before the program starts. Due to the nature of digital coaching, no refunds will be issued once the program has started.

TRANSFERABLE:

Coaching MAY BE transferred to another person if you wish not to take the program. This must be discussed and approved by StreamLine OBM coaches prior to transferring to assure the person is a good fit for the coaching program. 


RESULTS:

In order to obtain the maximum results you desire for your online career, it is important to:

  1. Maintain consistent communication with your coach.
  2. Be prepared, on the calls on time, be ready to participate and interact.
  3. Complete tasks and growth work in between coaching sessions to facilitate momentum towards the goals you desire in your career. It is important that you prioritize your time and schedule to complete growth work in between sessions.
  4. Understand that results aren’t guaranteed and require you to take consistent committed, action and that they develop over time.

Participant Commitment

  • Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions, engage actively, and complete any assignments or tasks.

  • The success of the program relies on mutual respect and participation.

  • No coaching guarantees are made; results depend on your input and implementation.

Confidentiality

  • All participants agree to keep the identity and shared experiences of group members confidential.

  • We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

Intellectual Property

  • All materials shared during the program are the intellectual property of the coach/facilitator and are for personal use only.

  • Participants agree not to copy, distribute, or resell any program content.

Code of Conduct

  • Respectful communication is required at all times.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who displays disruptive or harmful behavior, without refund
